Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp Held in Jajpur’s Badachana .

Jajpur,31/08(PPT): A joint public grievance hearing camp was organised by the Jajpur district administration at the conference hall of the Badachana Block office on Monday, providing residents an opportunity to raise various civic and individual issues before the district authorities.

Jajpur Collector Ambar Kumar Kar attended the camp and heard grievances from members of the public. He said the complaints would be examined by the concerned departments and that all eligible cases would be resolved as far as possible.

A total of 78 grievances were registered during the hearing. Of these, 45 related to individual problems, three concerned community issues, while 30 applications sought assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Authorities disposed of 32 grievances on the spot, according to the district administration.

Additional Superintendent of Police Shitikantha Kanungo, Additional District Magistrate Yudhishthir Naik, Additional Development Officer, Zilla Parishad Lambodar Khuntia, Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer Nagendra Nath Mahapatra, Deputy Collector of the Grievance Cell Saraswat Sahu, Badachana Block Development Officer Rabindra Kumar Pradhan, and Darpan Tahasildar Manas Kumar Tripathy were among those present.

District-level, field-level and block-level officials also attended the camp and participated in the hearing and examination of public grievances.
