JAJPUR; ‘Operation Sindoor’ fighter Alok Kumar Rout returns to his village after retiring from his job. Brave soldier Alok Kumar Rout of Dihkuran village, Rasulpur block, joined the Indian Army in 2002. He started his career in the Punjab Regiment and served Mother India by serving in the border areas like Jammu and Kashmir and Siachen during the monsoon season. He has taken voluntary retirement after risking his life to protect the country for 24 years.On Saturday he was given a grand welcome by the people of the area. After reaching Kuakhia, he was taken around the village in a procession. He said that joining ‘Operation Sindoor’ was his biggest achievement. He said that in the coming days, he aims to instill patriotism among the youth and train them to join the army. Writer Jayprakash Nayak welcomed him and said that it is a matter of pride and honor for our district. Nayak said Operation SINDOOR’s effectiveness was communicated with precision, focusing on strategic outcomes rather than sensationalism. Nayak Said Operation SINDOOR was a significant demonstration of India’s military and strategic power, executed through a combination of military and non-military means. This multi-dimensional operation effectively neutralized terrorist threats, deterred Pakistani aggression, and firmly enforced India’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. The operation maintained strategic restraint while gaining international support.
