Puri Jagannath Dham Yatra from Dharmashala has begins in Jajpur.

Jajpur,19/01(PPT): MLA Himanshu Shekhar Sahoo has initiated the Jagannath Dham Teerth Yatra program from Dharmashala to Puri On behalf of the Anshuman Memorial Trust at Jaraka In Jajpur District On Monday. The chief guest was the MLA of Brahmagiri, Upasana Mahapatra and the guest of honor was Jajpur MP Dr. Rabinarayan Beher, Jajpur District Collector Ambar Kumar Kar, Deputy District Collector Tapas Ranjan Dehuri, Bdo Jortimay Kar, who were present and inaugurated it. 54 panchayats of the Dharamshala constituency, on the first day around 600 people from two panchayats, Bhawanipur and Thanual, started their yatra towards Puri Jagannath Dham in 12 buses.Arrangements have also been made to conduct devotees every day for two months with people from two panchayats. While the Puri Jagannath Dham devotees program was started last year by bus for the devotees, this year’s program has been highly appreciated and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the devotees.Among other’s Bjp District President Dabajani Pradhan,Umesh jena, Pradip Kumar parida, Jitendra rout,Rajesh Kumar Pal,Abhisek rout, Sribachha Dhir and others were Present .
