Senior Citizens’ Forum Holds Ninth Foundation Day in Jajpur’s Panikoili .

Jajpur,09/09(PPT): The Senior Citizens’ Forum observed its ninth foundation day at Panikoili in Jajpur district with a gathering of senior citizens, public representatives and members of the organisation.

Korei MLA Akash Das Nayak attended the programme and interacted with members of the forum. On the occasion, Dr Rabindra Narayan Behera, Member of Parliament, inaugurated the newly constructed conference hall.

Addressing the gathering, the participants highlighted the important role played by senior citizens in society and acknowledged their experience, guidance and contribution to social development.

Akash Das Nayak said senior citizens are an invaluable asset to society and that their life experiences, wisdom and guidance continue to serve as a source of inspiration for younger generations.

He congratulated the members of the Senior Citizens’ Forum on completing nine years of its journey and expressed hope that the organisation would continue to grow stronger and expand its welfare-oriented activities in the coming years.

The programme concluded with greetings and best wishes to all members of the forum for its continued success and greater contribution towards the welfare of senior citizens and society at large.
