Jajpur,15/09(PPT): Thirteen newly posted Sub-Inspectors (SIs) and nine Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) have joined the Jajpur district police force.
Jajpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Yash Pratap Srimal and other senior police officers addressed the newly inducted personnel and briefed them on their responsibilities and duties.
The senior officers emphasised the importance of maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety and strengthening police-public relations. They also urged the newly joined officers to discharge their duties with professionalism, discipline and dedication.
The induction of the 22 police personnel is expected to further strengthen the policing and law-and-order machinery in the district.
