Belgium qualify for round of 16

Copenhagen, 17/06; Belgium progress to round of 16 of UEFA EURO 2020 after defeating Denmark by 2-1 at Parken Stadium, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Y.Poulsen opened the score for Denmark in the 2nd minute of the game.

T.Hazard scored an equaliser for Belgium at 54th minute followed by match winning goal by K.De Bruyne at 70th minute.

The game was paused at the 10th minute to honour C.Eriksen(Denmark) who collapsed in match against Finland.

Y.Poulsen’s goal became the second fastest goal scored in the European Championship.

Belgium are ranked 1st while Denmark are ranked 4th in group B.
