Ghadai urges NHAI :Expedite Chandikhol -Talcher Road work

JAJPUR : Former Finance Minister Prafulla Chandra Ghadai in a letter to the GM, NHAI, has demanded the early completetion of the four lane construction work of road from Chandikhol to Talcher via Duburi.
He expressed doubt over meeting the timeline of the project given the slow speed at which the construction works were going on. The slow pace at which the road work is taken up by the contractor, it cannot be completed within 2020-21 financial year.

Moreover, the Brahmani bridge work has not yet been initiated, Ghadai told.

Hence, contactor should be directed to take up Brahmani bridge work along with road work simultaneously, he urged.
