Jajpur;12/08(PPT):The “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign will be organised across Odisha from 9th to 17th August under the aegis of the Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department. Various programmes will be conducted across the State to celebrate the spirit of patriotism and encourage people to participate in the campaign.On this occasion Thoundas of people took part in the Tiranga Yatra At Jenapur,Jaraka Under Dharmasala Block In Jajpur District on Wednesday organised by the BJP’s Dharmasala unit to mark ‘August Kranti Diwas’. The rally, led by MLA Himanshu sekhar Sahoo covered around Three kilometres from Jenapur to Ghashibar . MLA Himanshu said “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign will be organised across Odisha under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.he said As part of the campaign, 60 lakh national flags will be prepared by women Self-Help Groups under the Mission Shakti Department and distributed across all districts of the state. As of noon on 8th August, around 45.40 lakh flags have already been prepared. The Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department has provided Rs 15 crore to the Mission Shakti Department for the preparation of the flags. said it was a matter of pride that flags prepared by women members of Odisha’s Self-Help Groups would reach households across the State Added MLA Sahoo. “Tiranga is our identity and our pride,” the Minister said, appealing to private institutions, voluntary organisations, NGOs and the people of Odisha to actively participate in the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign and make it a grand success.
