JAJPUR,24/02(PPT);The Public Works Department (PWD) has taken up various development works in Jajpur district on a war-footing. This includes the new houses for District Headquarters Hospital, hockey stadium and renovation of main roads. The Government’s main motive is to provide the best facilities to the people. The department is laying stress in completing the projects in a time bound manner, said PWD Cuttack Circle Superintendent Engineer Tara Prasad Mishra, who is frequently touring the district and reviewing the projects along with Executive Engineer Arun Patnaik. The people have praised the pro-active efforts of the department officials for expediting the projects.
