Jajpur,30/08(PPT): Dharmasala MLA Himanshu Sekhar Sahu held a public grievance hearing at the BJP office in Kumari on Saturday, with residents from several villages of the constituency attending the programme.
Mr. Sahu has been visiting different wards in the constituency to interact with residents and take up issues concerning them. During the hearing, people submitted grievances relating to various local issues and sought their redressal.
The MLA directed officials and concerned departmental personnel to take necessary steps on matters requiring administrative intervention. Some of the grievances were addressed during the hearing, while officials were asked to follow up on issues requiring further action.
A large number of residents attended the programme from different parts of the constituency.
Youth organisers Rajesh Pal, Biswajit Prusti, Pradeep Parida, Abhishek Rout and Sabyasachi Sundar Ray, besides presidents of the six organisational zones under the constituency, were present during the hearing.
