Jajpur,27/02(PPT); The Public Works Department would construct a second bridge over the Budha river in Jajpur district at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore. It would benefit more than one million people and alleviate traffic congestion on the Sathipur-Jajpur Town road and provide a Rs 17 crore four-lane road from Sathipur to Budha Ghat, said PWD Cuttack Circle Superintendent Engineer Taraprasad Mishra, The construction work would be supervised by Executive Engineer Arun Patnaik. The Jajpur residents have thanked Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das and the PWD officials for the initiative.
